With manufacturers like Garmin, Icom, Raymarine, Furuno and Magellan there are a lot of possibilities and combinations. On my boat I like to keep it simple. More efficient, less distraction, making buying the right device important. I want what I purchase to fill a need and do it well. Others may want every gadget they can afford and I am amazed at what can be done interfacing todays technogy.
